Love meeting people? As the friendly face of Decal Street, you’ll hit the streets and chat with homeowners about our curb address decals. Your "office" is the great outdoors, and you'll earn great money with uncapped commission.

  • Key Responsibilities: Canvass neighborhoods, distribute door hangers, present and sell decals, and process orders.

  • Ideal for: Self-motivated, great communicators who love working independently.

 

Installer

 

Love working with your hands? As an Installer, you'll be the expert who brings our designs to life, transforming curbs with precision and care. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who takes pride in a job well done.

  • Key Responsibilities: Prepare curb surfaces, place decals with a squeegee and roller, and take final photos.

  • Ideal for: Detail-oriented, skilled individuals who enjoy working outdoors.

 

Curb Appeal Crew Chief (CACC)

 

A natural leader? As a Crew Chief, you’ll be the driving force behind a team of Curb Appeal Consultants. You’ll lead by example, providing the training and support needed to help your crew succeed.

  • Key Responsibilities: Train, mentor, and motivate a team of consultants, manage daily logistics, and track team performance.

  • Ideal for: Experienced leaders with strong coaching and problem-solving skills.

 

City Manager

 

Ready to run your own show? As City Manager, you will be the CEO of our Decal Street operations in your city. You'll build and oversee your sales force, set strategic goals, and grow the business with full autonomy.

  • Key Responsibilities: Recruit and manage multiple Crew Chiefs, develop city-wide sales strategies, and drive overall growth.

Compliance Officer, Regulations & Engagement Manager (CORE Manager)

 

A master networker? As our CORE Manager, you will build strategic B2B partnerships with local schools, real estate groups, and community organizations. You'll ensure our business is compliant while expanding our reach.
